Basic £50k – £75k + package
An established family London based integrated systems installer is looking to expand and develop the business with the hire of a senior sales manager/sales director.
Aside from your obvious sales track record of achievement developing business and relationships at senior level (this is a given) you will in effect be the No2 to the MD.
Ideally you will be well networked within the London/South East ‘security community’ and are probably a member of either (or all) ASIS, CoLCPA, Security Institute, WCoSP and attend various security related events, conferences and exhibitions etc.
If you are not a member of all the above, this will be discussed so your ability to network and influence will be maximised.
You will enjoy good technical/engineering support with access to a range of manufacturer’s products to ensure you are able to provide competitive quotes/bids without sacrificing quality.
Working closely with the MD, you will have (more or less) a free reign to work and develop the business.
Depending on your success to develop the business there is the genuine opportunity for you to recruit a sales team and in turn run the business, with the MD taking more of a back seat (but a supportive back seat).
This is a genuine career opportunity for you to develop a business (with someone else’s money!) and ultimately run it.
In relation to the above you will no doubt be working with an installer and have the requisite experience as outlined above.
Basic salary is c£50k-£75k (depending on experience) + OTE + Bonus + car/allowance + package.
